JARU is situated in a stunning location on the idyllic Cornish coastline that is known as Freathy and offers breath taking sea views with Rame Head to the East and Looe Island to the West.JARU is small but perfectly formed! This place is very special and can offer a tranquil retreat, a romantic getaway or somewhere for families to make treasured lifetime memories.

One double bedroom and one bunkroom comfortably sleeps 4, a hot shower washes the beach away whilst the sea facing decked area provides the perfect al fresco dining area.

ACCESS – Please note access to the chalet is a short walk from the cliff road down the cliff footpath and not ideally suited for the disabled or those unsteady on their feet.

The villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are equipped with a variety of local shops, pubs and restaurants together with a sailing club and other facilities. There are two car parks, the nearest being less than five minutes walk away. The Rame Peninsula is relatively little known, often known as “Cornwall’s Forgotten Corner”, forming an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with quiet beaches and outlined by the South-West Coastal Path. The Mount Edgcumbe Park, an 800 acre area of coastal woodland and open hillsides, is possibly one of the most beautiful and varied locations of Cornwall, lies on the edge of the village.
