About this space
Roslyn is a charming, rustic cottage located in the beautiful Cornish seaside twin villages of Cawsand & Kingsand and just 50m from Cawsand beach. The house sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms.

Arrive into the entrance hallway that leads into the heart of the cottage - the open plan kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge.
There is a downstairs bathroom/ shower room and door out to a high stone-walled courtyard - a useful space for drying wetsuits/ beach items/ paddleboards etc.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the farmhouse table is where you can enjoy meals with family or friends.
The lounge area has an electric log burner and two large comfy sofas.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Two of these have kingsize beds and good storage, whilst the third room is set up with two single beds. There is also another bathroom upstairs with another shower plus a bath.
A secret outdoor terrace accessed through one of the bedrooms is an absolute sun-trap at certain times of the day!

This cottage does not have private parking; however, Cawsand Car Park is just a 2-minute walk away.

Additional Information
Clean linen and towels will be provided but please bring your own beach towels.
The property has Wi-Fi and Smart TVs.
Roslyn operates a Saturday – Saturday changeover during the high- season/ summer holidays.
The property sleeps 6 adults comfortably but there is an additional bed suitable for a child that's available on request.
Short breaks are available out of school holiday periods, please get in touch with desired dates for short breaks.
